  1. Our experience tonight was very disappointing! We waited over an hour for our food, our selections were out and we were not compensated properly for the extreme wait or incorrect food. Our waiter tried to hard, forced items on people, overly affectionate. Unfortunately I don’t see a return visit in my future. I understand being busy, but tonight was unacceptable.

  2. We visited your Carmel Indiana location on Sept 15, 2018. We very disappointed in our service. We waited almost a half hour to be noticed and then another hour and a half for our food. When our food finally came out, my wings were cold.

The chaos around us was ridiculous. Everyone was complaining and no one had answers. People had told us in the parking lot not to go in because it was so bad. We didn’t listen unfortunately. I wanted to see my favorite football team.

Our server Sara was great. She had the entire bar by herself and never once complained about poor management or why she was put in this position. There were some servers who were overwhelmed and was screaming at management. Sara kept her cool and never lost it. There was a point when one of her tables was complaining to management. I saw the manager yelling at her. Whatever was going on that day, she was trying to make the best of it.

I ended up tipping her 20 dollars on a 30 dollar bill because of how she was treated by management (poor staffing) and the stress she endured that day. Here’s my problem: that is NOT ‘my job. It’s not my job as a customer to compensate employees for poor management. What really upsets me., is the manager knew I waited an hour and a half for food, knew my food was cold, knew I shouldn’t have paid for anything and yet I didn’t even get an apology. As if, hey! This is an every day Saturday.

I rarely get weekends off to enjoy football, and Buffalo Wild Wings ruined that experience for me.
