  3. Begin the Chick-fil-A survey by entering the serial number from your receipt. It should be clearly printed on it and it should contain five sets of digits.
  4. Press the Start button.
  5. Start answering all of the questions as they appear on your screen. Questions will be related mostly to your recent experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and the items you purchased.

  2. I completed the survey and made an error in the email address but it would not allow me to go back and correct. It would be nice to get the code since I did the survey.

    • Have you tried contacting their customer service department? They might be able to help. At any rate, you can take the survey again, later on, using a new survey code.

  3. I got a receipt that gave me the opportunity to do a survey. I never received an e-mail for the free sandwich. I actually received two receipts. I got an e-mail for one, but not the other. I was going to do it again, but it won’ let me do the survey. What can I do? The serial number is 9720104-01954-1844-0731-73.

    • There may be a limit to the number of surveys you can take within a given period of time. In this case, there’s much you can do but wait until you can take the survey again.

  4. I went to the Chick Fil A restaurant in Round Rock Texas (#00952) at approximately 6:19 pm this evening. (Order #5180330) The outside lights of the restaurant were not on. Sunset for today (January 3, 2018) in Round Rock/Austin, Texas was at approximately 5:37 pm. The parking lot was jet black. There was a lot of vehicle traffic in the parking lot. I went inside the restaurant and asked the cashier if the outside lighting could be turned on. Yes, I did remind him twice. You need to be sure the outside lighting of the restaurant is on when it is DARK. I will not go to this restaurant again when the sun has set and there is no outside lighting in the parking area. Yes, the outside lighting did come on after I made note of it.
    Also, when I went to a table, it was dirty and had not been cleaned. There were crumbs and it was apparent it had not been cleaned by your staff. This is not up to Chick Fil A standards.
    I am really disappointed with this visit at Chick Fil A.

  5. I received a Free offer for a Chick-fil-A ChickenSandwich yesterday 01/20/2018. I have not received a survey for months so I did the survey and gave my Serial Number along with my email at the end it send it would send the code for the free sandwich to my email shortly. Hours late and It has never come. Can you see what the problem is by checking my email? Should I resend you the code because no free sandwich offer ever came so whats is the deal, so does this site even work or really give a free sandwich offer? Would appreciate you doing what the receipt says you will do!

  6. I love Chick-fil-A but I have to say I am going to stop the frequency of my breakfast five days a week at the orange city Florida store or any store for that matter. My usual is a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and a medium coke for the cost of $ 4.84…. today for the same meal the cost is $4.99 that is a $.15 increase.. That is more than most people get in a pay increase in one year or several years of working at least in the Orange City Florida area. There for I am not going to be going to chick-fil-a for breakfast / Lunch / Dinner any more. Neither will my adult children. I feel there is no justification for that type of increase for the cost of food.

  7. I received a full receipt but there is no serial number to complete a survey. I have some very pointed comments I would like to give them, but can’t. Is there a way to d survey with all the identification numbers except serial number?

  8. I have tried putting in the serial number from my receipt from two different devices and I get a message saying the number is wrong before I can finish so I can’t start the survey. I’m disappointed ? that I cannot get my sandwich. You really need to keep your customers happy and keep problems with the survey from happening or what good is it to have the free offers?
