Chilis Survey Requirements

There are no strict legal requirements for participating, other than being at least 18 years old to participate. The main requirement regarding it is that you are a customer of this restaurant. To prove that you are eligible for offering your customer feedback, you will need to have a receipt from your most recent visit to Chilis. On your receipt, you will have a personal code that you will need to enter in the first step of the Chilis survey. Then, make sure that you don’t throw your receipt away by accident. If you have recently purchased Chilis products, make sure that you access the survey within the first four days after your visit. So, if you try after four days your submission might not work.

Steps and Tips

Prior to getting started with your Chilis Survey, you should check to see that you have a secure connection to the internet. After that, make sure that your receipt is near you, so as to get your code.

Survey Steps

  • Please access the survey. You may do this by clicking the link or by copying and pasting the link into your internet browser.
  • Before you get started with filling out the survey, you can explore the tabs included on the menu of the survey page. So, these are Rewards, Order Now, Menu, Locations, or Gift Cards. Additionally, you can join their email club, contact them, and consult nutrition info. Also, read their blog and others, through the links in the footer of the page.
  • Choose your language for the survey. So, if you are fluent in English, press the red button that reads Begin in English. If you speak Spanish, press Commience in Español.
  • With your receipt close by, please enter the personal code printed on it. The code should be 12 digits separated into three sections. So, for example, 1234 5678 9012. Enter each set of digits in the three fields.
  • In the fine print section of the page, you can see the sweepstakes rules. It also has the previous winners, get help, or read their Privacy Policy. So, if you are ready to begin, press the red Start Survey
  • Go through all of the questions, answering with full honesty. Your chances of winning the $1000 prize do not affect by the positive or negative tone of your comments.
  • Make sure you keep your receipt even if you finish the survey. They may require this as validation if you are the lucky winner of the $1,000 prize.

Your tableside kiosks are not user friendly…almost never print receipt when requested…doesn’t record points from each visit. since we visit Chili’s at least once a week, this is annoying…always have to ask server for assistance. Other resturants do not have this problem and their tableside service is great.

    • The restaurant number should be located at the top of the receipt, next to the address. Contact your local Chilli’s to obtain the restaurant number for future reference, if it’s not mentioned on the receipt.

  2. I travel several states and have tried being loyal to Chili’s. Never fails that half the restaurant is empty and wait is still 30 minutes. Last 2 visits both had waiter who didn’t care. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, waited another 10 minutes to get drinks order. 10 more minutes and still no drinks. Wife and I got up and walked out. Really like the food but tired of poor service every visit. Problem is at every store not isolated.

Why they don’t put the survey code on this place Tracy ca.when they call and ask the manager they put you on hold.i compare this place in other chili the best in San Jose ca.when you order to go there’s no body to help you.and they alway forget something.if you guys whant to order to go make sure everything inside or chick before you go .
