  2. I have a real bad experience at store #11599 at 2:33. Survey code 114866175221074.and i try to do my survey and it said someone already did it was my first time fill a survey.The worker she said she is the manager had a real bad way to talk to me. I hope you find this worker and talk to her that she need to be respecfull with costumer.

  3. I have several reciepts. The first one was past the limit of days so I had to toss that one. However, I tried to put in the next receipt and I could not get the survey to start over and let me put in different numbers for the diff. receipt. It just kept bringing up screen that said “sorry but it appears this survey can’t be done blah blah blah”. Or something to that effect.

  4. I am unable to get the last 10 surveys to allow me to take it. It isn’t due to a time expiration because Even the day after a shopping trip it says i’m unable to take the survey due to the information I provided on the first page. I have always been very successful at completing the surveys in the past. There have been a lot of problems at the local store with Dollar General online coupons and now this, sad to say, it maybe time to find a different place to shop.

We are part of the PTA Cedar Valley Elementary school we when to few of your store the first one was # 06995 the manager was very helpful we have problem with the Tax exception and she call few people into the problem was solve. She help was to get the merchandise we need it. That what I call excellent customer service. After that we went to #15098 same we got great service. Then we when to #10304 and the Manager help because some of the items were no ringing the correct price. We will shop again in your store because of the professionally of this two Manager took time to make sure our need where met.
