The Hollister customer survey can be completed in just a few steps.
- Go to the official Hollister and Co. survey page at wwww.tellhco.com
- Select the preferred language: English or Spanish
- Enter the TellHCO survey code on the bottom of the receipt, as shown on the screen.
- If you are asked to enter the date, time of your visit, and the amount spent for your order, do so. The survey might also ask you to enter your transaction ID.
- Complete the questionnaire. You will be quizzed on overall satisfaction regarding your recent visit.
- Fill in personal details including your phone number and emailing address. Make sure the emailing address you enter is the correct one.
