  1. U make it darn difficult to access survey site. First, I tried JackListens.com and see several sites using variations of it but offering tacos and not the Jumbo jack/supreme croissant offered on my receipt. It takes several tries before I reached this site which looks like it may lead to the promised offer. I have gone through what I consider a waste of 37 minutes to get to this stage of the promised offer. This is the third day I have tried to “take our survey”. Will I take the survey for my reward this time or have the difficulties in finding access to the right site in a timely manner or have I missed the deadline because I cannot access the right site in time. It is frustrating and off putting. Why bother. I might have phoned but I saw a comment complaining about your phone service too! Let’s see if this time I will complete your survey or if it took too long to get to on the site.
