If you decide to complete the MyKFCExperience survey, you will receive a reward for your effort. The reward consists of a KFC coupon. The KFC coupon value is printed on your receipt. You can generally receive either a free KFC menu item or a discount.

To obtain the KFC coupon, you must answer all the MyKFCExperience questions. After you offer all your answers, the KFC coupon will appear as a code on your screen. You must write the code on KFC receipt you used to access the survey.

  3. Please type in the survey code found on your receipt in the first box. This code is generally found on the bottom of the KFC receipt. The MyKFCExperience survey code should be made up of one letter and 17 digits.
  4. Please type in the time you visited the KFC restaurant. You can find this information just above the KFC survey code
  5. If your receipt does not have a KFC survey code, click on the blue link marked “click here” on the survey page,
  6. Instead of a MyKFCExperience survey code you’ll have to write down the KFC store number in the first box
  7. Next, type in the date and time of your KFC visit
  8. Please insert the KFC ticket number from the receipt in the following blank field. The ticket number can either be found at the bottom of the receipt, just above the time and date section, or at the top of the receipt. If the ticket’s number is printed in the upper part, then it should read something like “Order #3.” If it’s at the bottom, it will be something like “Ticket #3153”.
  9. Press “Start” in order to begin the KFC survey.
  10. Answer the KFC survey questions.
  11. After providing your answers, wait a couple of moment before closing the webpage. The KFC coupon code should load in a couple of seconds.
  12. Write the KFC coupon code on your receipt before closing After closing the page, you might not be able to recover your KFC coupon code.

  1. I attempted to complete the survey at but it would not accept the information I provided (J71822022352825…………4:30PM).
    First- I ordered an original 12 piece meal with 2 sides of potatoes and I side of cole slaw. When I got home with my order I discovered what appeared to be old original chicken that was evidently put back in the fryer…….it was extremely overdone and dark as could be. The chicken legs that were in the box were NO BIGGER THAN MY MIDDLE FINGER………..I have never in my life seen a smaller chicken leg than that! As I said I ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes and yet I only received one container of gravy when I should have received 2. The biscuits were hard on the bottom like they have been sitting out for awhile.

    The only reason I did not return the chicken is that I have a condition that causes me to get dizzy if I go without food for a certain time so I had no choice but to eat what was their.

    Second- I once ordered eat in buffet at this same store and received a RAW CHICKEN LEG…………..the manager corrected that for me.

    Third- I don’t remember the day but I do remember the time it was 12:10pm (lunch time)…..I went to the drive thru and ordered a box with chicken thighs and chicken legs. When I got to the window I was informed that you guys DID NOT have any CHICKEN LEGS?………..I was totally shocked, here I was at a business that sells chicken and they have NO CHICKEN LEGS and it was lunchtime on top of it……………….geez. That’s equivalent to going to a taco restaurant and they have no tacos

    Needless to say I will never ever go back to that store again. It was an embarrassment

  2. This evening at 6:55 PM I visited the KFC / TB restaurant located in Hampton VA at 1101 W Pembroke Ave. I do not have the store code or survey information for the simple fact they only have me my credit card receipt.
    I ordered a 12 pc meal with green beans, macncheese, and Cole slaw.

    When I arrived home, there were only 7 (SEVEN) pieces of chicken in the bucket and only 4 (FOUR) biscuits out of an expected 6.

    I called the restaurant and advised them of the error. Long story short, I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my order completed.

    It was the worst original recipe chicken I have ever had from a KFC! It was beyond gteasy! It tasted like it had been cooked in stale old oil. It was outright disgusting! What a disappointment! I spent $32.90 for garbage!
    Will I recommend this restaurant ….. definitely NOT. I’m not certain if I will ever return to any KFC restaurant again.
