  8. Your Amount Spent should be in the bottom corner on the right side of the receipt. Please include the specific amount, including cents, exactly how it appears on your receipt.
  9. When you are ready to begin the survey, press the red Start
  10. Answer each and every question that appears in the McDonald’s survey. They will refer to the McDonald’s customer service and menu items you received the last time you visited a McDonald’s restaurant.
  11. When you reach the end of the McDVoice survey, you will get the McDonald’s coupon code you were promised. Make sure that you write this coupon code on your receipt before closing If you close the website before taking down the code, you will not be able to recover it. You can use the receipt with the McDVoice validation code like you would any McDonald’s coupon.     I was trying to return 2 sandwiches I bought yesterday 5-22-2017.
    T the lady marica told me that the manger wasn’t in and she couldn’t help me.
    The reason I was returning the sandwiches ( butter milk chicken sandwich) was because it was full of fat it was two sandwiches.
    I’m very upset with the service I received this morning.
    I can’t believe that you treat customer’s like crap.
    I also have the receipt & sandwiches for proof.
    I’ll never go to the McDonald’s again.

    • If the offer you received mentions a specific menu item this usually means it applies only for that menu item. You cannot replace it with something else. But you can double-check at the restaurant.

  3. My husband & I had a bad experience at McDonald’s. We waited 15 + minutes for our order. The rolls were very stale.The fries were under cooked & too salty to even eat. Then they gave us the wrong sodas. My husband took his sandwich back. It was a awful lunch.

  6. I went to the store on hwy 601. While I was in line to order there was only one cashier and the other employees was standing around talking to each other. I was second in line and the cashier was having trouble with the customer in front of me, he was Mexican, so she had to say the order back to him meanwhile the line was get longer. After standing through for few more min I left the store without ordering. There should have been another cashier to help with the other customers.This is the third time I was in this store and the service has been slow ever time

  7. McDonalds in Hemet California. Getting worse. The homeless are taking over. They bring their belongings, in the restaurant, then they put their heads down and go to sleep. Employees do nothing. Maybe that’s what they were told but as customers I see dirty, bug ridden drug addicts and convicts released and bused in from LA. I’m a Snowbird. I spend 6 months here in Hemet and have been coming for 13 years. Didn’t travel 1100 miles for this. Today, a homeless black girl wrapped in a blanket came in wanted to use the bathroom the young manager said she had to buy something. This person swore, cursed and was very foul. A friend I was with called Security and they came in about 2 minutes and escorted her out. The manager didn’t even have the right phone number to call. The owner needs to come in and after training her employees maybe be should spend some time talking to the patrons. We (6) of us have agree we don’t need to come back to this store. I filled out a survey and asked for someone to call…….no call.

  8. i have a recpt for a mcdonalds purchase from 41-43 W Palisades Ave Englewood, NJ the recpt order # was326 time was3:44 pm date was 6/20/2019 puchase order double cheeseburger & 1 order of small fries(take-out) and…. a blind man cant read anything else on the recpt the cash register ran out of ink

  10. Are the survey coupons good at any location or do you have to bring it back to the location you did the survey on? I’m confused because I have no problem using them at any locations in my hometown. I was just told at a chula vista location (not my hometown) that they don’t normally accept them from other locations. I wish the policy was clear.

  13. Order person, half the time unable to print receipt (passes to person handing me my order). Or, the receipt is illegible. Why doesn’t the manager check the equipment to be sure all working properly. then we could provide good feedback.
