MYBKExperience survey participants receive a Burger King coupon after answering all the questions. The Burger King coupon comes as a code, which will be displayed on your screen after you complete the survey.
To redeem your Burger King coupon, you will have to write down the code on the receipt you used to access the MyBKExperience survey. To receive the offer that comes with your Burger King coupon, bring the receipt with you the next time you go to Burger King.
The offer of the Burger King coupon may change. It will be printed on your receipt. In most cases, you can redeem the Burger King coupon for a free Whopper at any of the participating Burger King locations. The Burger King survey free Whopper cannot be cumulated with other offers. You cannot exchange the Burger King survey free Whopper for a different menu item.
MyBKExperience Burger King Survey Requirements
To fill in the MyBKExperience Burger King survey, you need a receipt. The information you must provide in order to enter the survey website, www.mybkexperience.com, will be printed there. You will also need this receipt to redeem the Burger King coupon. As mentioned in the section above, to take advantage of the Burger King survey free Whopper, you will have to write the Burger King coupon code on the receipt and bring it with you.
There are no age restrictions for filling in the Burger King survey. However, minors under the age of 14 should ask their parents to help them while filling out the questionnaire.

MyBKExperience Burger King Survey: How to Complete It, Steps and Tips
Before starting the MyBKExperience survey, prepare your receipt and a device with internet access. Then, follow these steps:
- Go to mybkexperience.com, the official website for the MyBKExperience Burger King survey.
- Choose the language you want to take the survey in.
- Enter the Restaurant Number of the Burger King location you last visited. This number should be printed at the top of your receipt.
- Click the orange Next button.
- Enter your Burger King survey code. You can find the code at the bottom of the receipt.
- When you are ready to start the survey, click Start.
- Remember that you need to answer all the questions in order to get the Burger King coupon code at the end of the MyBKExperience Survey. The questions will be related to the Burger King menu, restaurants and Burger King customer service.

Be careful when entering the information in the form at the start of the MyBKExperience survey. If you write the information incorrectly three times, the www.mtbkexperience.com website will lock you out.

I was try o do a survey for burger king at 913 west lincoln highway DeKalb, il 60115 but the manager did give me a survey code . I place my order at 10:40 pm thur drive thur and me and the car was in front of me waited for about 15 to 20. Minutes for our order they have very bad service i will not go back to that burger king again. Thank you.
I have been eating breakfast at store number 9162 in cheifland fla for 5 years. the store is filthy in the morning night shift must not do much. Now wifi has not worked for 3 weeks i will go to micky ds from now on. to bad the store owner does not care about his store.

The survey code on the front of my Burger King receipt is completely unreadable. How can I get my free whopper from taking the survey if the store cannot give me a readable receipt?
I’m afraid that without a code you cannot access the survey and receive your Whopper. You could try contacting BK customer service and mention this issue. You can find their contact details in our article.

How long is the validation code good for after you get it.
The code should be valid at least a week after you receive it. However, expiration dates may change.
I tried to put the BK store number from my receipt. I could not enter it as it would not take the number in the space provided. The store number is 2045. I tried to enter this in a number of your listings and they all would not accept my inputs. What now, do I eat the receipt instead of a WHOPPER? I shop at your restaurant every week and buy two meals, one for me and one for a shut-in that I visit. How do I enter the store number?
I just filled out a square giving my comments about not being able to enter the store number 2045. The box would not take the numbers, it just sat there blank. Perhaps there is an issue with the store number. You could try using the Burger King store locator if you know the address of the store. You can find the store locator at http://www.bk.com. If you look for your store using the address, you’ll see the store number of that location as well.
There is no store number shown. My receipt from last night has no store information on it at all. The web locator gives me office hours and location, but no store number.
My store is in Grandview, mo 64030 and I cannot find the store number at all. I had a horrible experience there last night and no way to show that in a survey. Looks like they purposely advanced my receipt so the store information would not be on it, as there is a long blank area and then the order number and the rest of the receipt.
Less than 48 hours after I visited the BK #10845 at 6:24pm PST on 6/7/17 and it wouldn’t let me take the online survey. Said they “…completed data collection for this period…”! I suspect they’re working on EST and it was after 5PM for them when I wanted to complete my survey
You could be right. Though it may just be that the survey is temporarily unavailable. Most companies do this from time to time, they take a break from collecting data for a while.
The building just isn’t flattering nor are the uniforms that the employees wear. Bright refreshing colors are enjoyable. Not tan and black. Very drabby……but the chicken nuggets and their price are excellent and I’m a loyal customer…..thank you!!

Took my granddaughter to lunch at BK after her ballet lesson. We had a great day. She was excited when we saw the survey on the receipt and she asked if she could have the Whopper when we did the survey. Dropped her off at her house, came home and decided to do the survey.
Store # 6641 in the Midway Shopping Center, Wyoming, PA Good so far.
Now it wants the survey code “on the bottom of your receipt” FAIL. No survey code.
It does, however, say Our goal is your satisfaction, to which I say, Yeah, right.
BK might not be collecting feedback at this moment. Receipts usually include the survey code at the bottom.
Hello.. To whom it may concern : me and my husband was in the Burger King last Sunday night… July 2nd 2017. I ordered food and drinks.. They charge me $3.38 for 2 drinks… We are senior citizen… Then on Wednesday night after church again.. I told the manager.. She was very hateful and said she couldn’t do anything about it…. They gave us 2 senior drinks (.98)..still owe us $2.38 …they need to go to that place and clean house… Store # 9223 in West Union S. C. Thank you very much…

Took the survey. Clicked to find out where to insert the validation code. Then it wouldn’t let me click back to insert it .so now,I can’t redo it’ abuse it thinks I already completed it. 🙁

I was just at store 2423 in Brainerd MN and ordered 3 sandwiches, payed for 3 sandwiches but only got 2 sandwiches (Order #52). Tried to take the survey but there is no code on my receipt, says it’s an expediter ticket. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.
I was at the BK on Larkin Road in Joliet IL and came home to do the survey and half of the receipt did not print out. I have a survey code 121 008 400 4 53 part did not print. Order 333 8/12/17 12;27pm below 40132. This is all I’m seeing on the receipt.
I had a coupon for 2 whopper meals. We stopped at Burger King in Kelly rd. In Detroit, Michigan! Substituted 1 off the fries for onion rings, substituted both drinks for strawberry shakes and also another strawberry shake. The cashier, who seem to have somewhat of an attitude or maybe just her persona, took my order at approximately 6:20 pm. I received my order at approximately 6:41 pm. Now, mind you, 4 other people came in after me, placed their orders and received their food. When the store was clear the cashier said to me “She’s about to make your shakes”. Customer service is key!!!

I’m still looking for the survey number on the receipt. Of all the numbers on the receipt, none of them are valid when entered. Please clearly mark the store location and the survey number on the receipt. I do not have a 5 year old grand child to decipher it for me. I read through your comments and I did notice quite a bit of — oh, shucks –, –that’s too bad– , –well, it’s not our fault –, etc. I did not notice one single instance of –we will look into this and get back to you = even though you want a email address. Do you people actually care. Have a good day and I will keep looking for my survey number. Hopefully I’ll find it before I die.

This is the second time I’ve tried to enter my infor for a free sandwich and the site rejects my code info. please assist.
Could you give us more details? Maybe the survey code has expired. Has this happened with the same survey code? If so, there may have been an error the first time you tried using it, but the website still registered the code. The second time you tried entering using the code, the website saw it as already used.
I always eat at this store.it is near my home. Their service is great. Most of servers are friendly and smiling. I prefer Burger King to most other Burgers because there are flame broiled
I can not relate my bkexperience survey because my sales slip is blank down the center of the slip, So here it is – I ordered a coupon special, two original chicken sandwiches and two small fries. One of the chicken patties tasted like a hamburger and the other was really chared. Of all the years I have eaten at this burger king, this meal was the bottom of the bucket. I guess I am going to switch to the other guys.

We had a makeover at the Waco, tx. bk on valley mills drive store #02395. It was a great store for a coupla months now it it not so good. The store is not as clean or the service as good. The staff seems to be as big but the counter workers not nearly as good at listening to get the simple orders right. We got our meal great with other customers just fine. After our meal when I mentioned that it took about 15 minutes to fill my desert order of two chocolate sundaes it took another 10 minutes and there was no other customers at the counter. This was probably because after waiting awhile I glanced at my receipt and saw it was for two sunday pies? when I brought it to the persons attention he said I said chocolate sunday pies? when the manager tried to refund the 1.20 difference they got frustrated and I sad it’s 1.20 and I think that’s when they decided I could wat. they both walked off and waited on the window and did other things for awhile.
I added a comment without my receipt because the survey says they are not taking surveys from yesterday at my sore #02395 probably because they have had too many turned in. this is normally a good store but yesterday was not very good, the food was great but the service at the counter was not too good.

Horrendous service….23 minute wait WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE for 2 croissants, a biscuit and hash browns. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told there was no more sausage in the store (not uncooked but NONE in the WHOLE store, on a tuesday.)
Absolutely RIDICULOUS that Bob Brandi Petroleum is allowed to avoid corporate survey’s by not including the store number on the receipts!
If you cannot see the store number on your receipt, you can see it on the Burger King website, in the locations section, https://locations.bk.com/. Find the restaurant you are interested in, and you’ll see the number of the restaurant just before the restaurant address.
The store locator on Burger King’s website DOES NOT show the store numbers. It only tells you the Address, Phone Number, Order Online, and Directions.. I am also a customer with a missing store number on the receipt. 3850 West Dempster Skokie, IL 60076.
I keep trying to insert the survey code but it won’t accept it. How many numbers is the survey code? There are 20 numbers as the code but when I enter those numbers, it won’t take me to a survey and it keeps saying the information I entered is wrong.
Beware of burger king at 1502 west chester pike, west chester 19382 at drive thru.. the rates mentioned on the board does not match with the actual charges being charged… 1 moz sticks 8 pc i was charged $3.79 and the board said $1.99. 1 large fries i was charged $3.29 board says $2.99
When I order online and have it delivered, there is no store number given in the email receipt, and no receipt delivered with the meal. So, there is no way to complete the online survey. It seems if you already have my email receipt, then you already have my store number in your system and should already know this information and should automatically fill in this number in the survey.
