  1. We went to Ruby Tuesday in Summerville S.C November 4, 2018 for my 74th birthday, 10 of my family and friends, hoping to have a wonderful meal! BUT was very very disappointed, the 4 steaks and baked potato were over,and I mean over cooked!!! Potato and steak were UNEATABLE, we asked for medium rare BUT that’s not what we got AFTER waiting an hour and 48 minutes!!! The salmon and everything thing that was ordered was UNEATABLE!! We ALL left HUNGRY!!!!! I have never been SO disappointed!!!!!!

  2. The Ruby Tuesday in West Columbia needs a management change. No one was there to greet people or hand out silverware. People had to get their own. Many patrons left because no one greeted or seated them. 9 out of the 10 booths had no one sitting at them but were full of dirty dishes which sat there for 30 min after I got there. This is deplorable.
