  1. All employees in club 6270 Hatillo, Pueto Rico requires re-training on Customer satisfaction guidelines. Must of them do not know applicable PR laws and regulations applicable to that kind of store. They lack the knowledge and when they are confronted even their supervisor or manager do not know the law. Customers are treated like garbage and they want us to do what they understand is the correct way to do something even though they are completely wrong. I don’t have to tell these people what the law specified and I don’t want to print the law and show them why they are wrong (I do that a previous time). SAM paid the club managers to do that! I suggested that employees in this store be trained adequately and if they do not know a PR law or regulation ask their managers prior to open their mouth questioning customers what they do not know!!!!

  2. I am very disappointed with the customer service that Sam’club had. I had placed an order with sams, changed my address on the order but then the computer changed it to the old address. I called customer service several times and each person said they take care of the issue but never happened. They never put notes in that i had called. Sam’s has gone down hill. Put me in charge of customer service, you would never have this problem again. I would fire the competent people.
