I ordered th thru Curb Service, I got a sirloin sweet potato, salad, steakhouse mac and cheese and roll…..I requested the sirloin to be butterflied…Bread was in aluminum foil, hard as a rock, no brown sugar or butter for potato, steak got butterflied but fillet side didn’t look like it touched the grill. I called and spoke with the manger, I believe his name was Andy, he was very polite and understanding about my complaint, he apologized for his curb side waiter…..thank you
These things can happen, however, it’s very well that you mentioned your issue. This is precisely the sort of feedback that helps a business grow.
