The Whataburger greatly appreciates customer feedback. To encourage their clients to participate in the survey, Whataburger offers a reward for successfully completing it.

After taking the WhataburgerSurvey, you will receive a Whataburger coupon. You can redeem this coupon at any Whataburger restaurant location. The Whataburger coupon will come in the form of a validation code. You need to write down this validation code on your Whataburger receipt.

To receive the Whataburger coupon, you will need to keep your Whataburger receipt. The Whataburger coupon will come in the form of a validation code. You need to write down this validation code on your Whataburger receipt, in the designated area. To redeem your coupon offer, you need to bring the receipt with code on it the next time you dine at Whataburger.

Every customer is entitled to one coupon and each one expires in 30 days from the date of purchase.

Whataburger Survey Requirements

There are a handful of requirements you need to meet in order to participate in the Whataburger customer survey. First, you need to have a recent receipt to fill out the WhataburgerSurvey. Your receipt contains a Whataburger survey code that you need to use to start answering questions. The receipt must be no older than 3 days.

After completing the survey you will receive a validation code. You’re going to have to write it down on your receipt, in the empty field on your under Validation Code. The next time you go to a Whataburger restaurant, you need to present your Whataburger coupon (the receipt itself) when you order.

You’ll also need a stable internet connection, as the WhataburgerSurvey can only be taken online.

• You can also reach the Whataburger survey from the main Whataburger website. On the Whataburger landing page, click the “Survey” link at the top of the page.

If you have a Whataburger survey code on your receipt you can remain on the first page and type in the code in the three separated fields on your screen (like in the screenshot above). Your code should be on the bottom half of your screen. If you have any troubles finding it you can consult the sample receipt provided by Whataburger.
• If you do not have a Whataburger survey code on your receipt you can click the link below the blank field. You will be redirected to a different page (see below).

• In this situation, you will have to provide the store number. You can find it on the top half of your receipt.
• Begin your Whataburger client satisfaction survey by mentioning the type of your visit: Drive-thru, Dine in or Carry Out. Press Next after you answer each of the questions in the survey.
• For the second step, you will have to rate your general satisfaction with the services and products you during your visit at Whataburger.
• All of the questions in the survey will be related to how you were treated as a guest in Whataburger, how the staff welcomed and served you, if the products you ordered offered value for their price if you would recommend Whataburger to friends or family and so on. You can answer each question as honestly as possible.
• Once you have completed the Whataburger survey you will receive the validation code Write this code on your receipt. And don’t forget to take it with you the next time you go to Whataburger!
